TO ALL WOLEGA UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY

Subject: Permission for Students to Participate in the 7^th National Election

All students who are planning to participate in the 7th National Election scheduled to be held on 24 May 2018 EC, are permitted to physically travel to the polling stations where they are registered so that their right to vote may be respected. Accordingly, the academic schedule has been revised as follows:

1. Students who are attending the Remedial Program and wish to go for the election may leave starting today (18/09/2018 E.C.). Since the National Exit Examination will be given from 27/09/2018 E.C. to 03/10/2018 E.C., they must return to their campus by 26/09/2018 E.C.
2. Other students (1^st year and above) who wish to go for the election may leave on 21/09/2018 E.C. They must return to their campus on 29 and 30/09/2018 E.C. and begin their classes or examinations on 01/10/2018 E.C.
