The ICT Maintenance is responsible for the proactive and reactive maintenance of the university's ICT infrastructure, ensuring its stable and efficient operation. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with the installation and relocation of different ICT office machine equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Hardware Maintenance and Repair:
- Diagnose and repair hardware failures in desktops, laptops, servers, printers, peripherals, and other ICT equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, inspections, and component replacements.
