Qualification and experience requirements

  • MA & above in Economics/ business management/ and related fields with four years of experience of which at least one year is on management positions.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Offers training on basic principles of business process reengineering.
  • Plans to form governance structure, identifies core and support business processes, selects the business process to be reengineered and prepare term of references
  • Understands the current business process of the University
  • Shows where the business process begins and ends
  • Map the business process of the university
  • Establishes performance baseline in terms of quality, quantity, cost and speed or time
  • Establish process centered organizational structure and management systems
  • Redesign & Implement new business process
  • Refine the  business process design
  • Fully implement and monitor  new business  processes
  • Establish measurement and reward systems
  • Promotes  performers
  • Inculcate new values and believes
  • Automate and continuously improve the processes

 

Term of office: The term of Executive officer shall be 3(three) and

                         may be appointed for the additional 3 years.

Reporting: Accountable to the president office
