Program admission and information (HWE)

Student who have successfully completed the ten plus two (10+2) years preparatory and have passed the university entrance exam successfully can apply for admission to the program. Applicant will be admitted to the department on competitive basis after they join Water Technology Institute based on their entrance exam results, interests and merit.

Students must take and pass all the required courses to satisfy the requirements for graduation. The minimum number of credits required for graduation with Bachelor of Science in Hydraulic and water Resources Engineering is 304ECTS

For MSc degree in hydraulic engineering the applicant must have a B.Sc. Degree in Water Resources Engineering, hydraulic engineering, Hydraulic and Water Resources Engineering, Irrigation Engineering, Irrigation and Water resources engineering, civil Engineering or its equivalent and meet the admission requirements of Graduate Studies.

He/she must also pass the entrance examination administered by the department. Regarding applicants from other related disciplines, the department Graduate Committee (DGC), will rule on the eligibility of such candidates. The applicant must have had, in principle, at least one year of work experience after obtaining the bachelor's degree.
