Registration Procedure

Registration of the applicants admitted to the University will take place before the commencement of every semester. For new applicants announcement will be made earlier to collect application based on the required criteria.

Accordingly, the following shall be the procedures and regulations to be followed there under;

  • Registration shall be in person
  • A student at the CDEP programs must normally register for minimum of 9(nine) and maximum of 12(twelve) credit hours per semester for Evening extension & weekend programs. A student may, however, be allowed to take extra load, up to 13 credit hours, provided that he/she is taking at least one course with 4 credit hours and this must be approved by the Department Council and Academic Commission of the college.
  • On the other hand, for Summer Education Program a student must normally register for minimum of 12(twelve) and maximum of 15(Fifteen) credit hours in addition to 9(Nine) credit hours taken as a home take course. A student may, however, be allowed to take extra load, up to 16 credit hours, provided that he/she is taking at least one course with 4 credit hours and this must be approved by the Department Council and Academic Commission of the college.
  • Pre-requisite courses, if any, have to be taken before the student register for the advanced course in the course catalogue.
  • The student shall fill the course title and course numbers of all courses offered by the university in consultation with his academic advisor on the official registration slip.
  • Registration is said to be completed when the official seal of the registrar is put on the registration slip.
