The Faculty of Agriculture at Shambu Campus is organized into a structured framework that supports its core functions in teaching, research, and community service. It is led by the Dean, supported by a Vice Dean, who assists in overseeing academic and administrative activities. The Faculty comprises five active academic departments: Animal Science, Fisheries and Aquatic Science, Food and Nutritional Science, Horticulture, and Plant Sciences. Each department is headed by a Department Head responsible for coordinating departmental teaching, research, and extension programs. The Faculty also works closely with units such as the Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Continuing Education Program (UG, PG, & CDEP) Coordination Office, and maintains strong linkages with research centers, government agencies, regional laboratories, and private industries to support interdisciplinary research, practical training, and institutional collaboration. This structure ensures smooth communication, effective management, and the delivery of high-quality agricultural education and research outputs.
